I liked how quick the updates came through because I don’t want to risk missing a delivery or wondering where my order is. The tracking was easy to follow, and I always knew what was going on.

What showed up was pretty much exactly what I saw in the photos, which is always a relief—because you never really know when ordering online. No surprises here, in a good way.

I ordered from morrowandmint.com and ended up needing a refund. To be fair, they did eventually send the money back, but it took way longer than I expected and I had to follow up twice. The replies I got felt like they were written by a robot too, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Not the absolute worst experience, but definitely annoying

Based on this one item, I’d say their stuff seems like it’s built well. I’m taking off one star just because I want to see how it does over a longer stretch of time.

I used a promo code and ended up saving more than I expected, so that was a nice surprise. It worked fine overall, but I did feel like the instructions could’ve been a bit clearer while applying it.

Not sure if it happened in shipping or what, but the box showed up all crushed and messy. Just didn’t look great when it arrived.
